Great service, fantastic staff!

Let my septic tank cover wide open while I was away, so it was open for about a week. When I complained they said they would have someone come out and cover it, but they didn't. Usually a good company, but this was unacceptable. For all this poor service they wouldn't even give me a 1% discount off their bill. Unimpressed.
