good service, patient with customers attempting new venues, taking time to explain things a great experience for new Hobby farmers.

I have dealt with Ranch Hand foir years and Gene and his staff have done an excellent job and building a high quality store. If I ever have a question, the staff is VERY helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. They are strong supporters of the youth livestock program, here in Hernando County. Please support them as they support the kids.

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review on Ranch Hand. I have lived in Brooksville all of my life and have been in there a few times and usually leave disappointed :( More recently (3/2012) I have been met at the door with a very poor attitude from the cashier and when I get home to unload the feed, I notice my bags of feed have been victim to rats and have lost a pretty decent amount of feed. When brought to the attention of the cashier she didnt seem to care. Also had to do a refund because I was sold something other than what I asked for and I was told to go find someone in the back to unload the feed from my truck....where is the customer service?? I have always gone in there because they are cheaper but is it really worth the disappointment and frustration of driving 15 miles back to them to correct thier mistake. Not in my book :( Ill go to tractor supply, pay more, and load my own stuff so I know what Im getting when I get home...sorry guys :(
