I didn't realize that the woman I spoke to, less than 24 hours before my fur baby died, was the owner, Joyce. I asked questions about cost and procedure and Joyce was concerned about my well-being, too. As a mother of two fur babies, Joyce was very understanding. My little girl fur baby, died in my arms, the next morning, just before 7:00 AM. Within minutes, I called the number on the Natures Pet Loss Website and Joyce answered. My husband and I got dressed and ready to take our little girl, to Natures Pet Loss. After I had my cry, said my goodbyes and cleaned up my baby, I placed her in one of her beds, on a blanket and I covered her, leaving her head visible, transporting her to Natures Pet Loss, per our choice. Upon our arrival at Natures Pet Loss, Samantha greeted us in a most caring manner and she walked us through the contract, procedures and time frame, then showed us the facility. Samantha was so very caring and promised to take "good care of our baby." Shortly after we arrived home, Samantha called me, to see if I was doing OK. Five days later, our baby was ready for pickup. We were greeted at the door of Natures Pet Loss, by one of Joyce's fur babies! The presentation, to us, of our baby's Cremains, her Paw Print, Sample of her Fur and the Certificate, were absolutely beautiful. Haley had us sign for receipt of our baby and she was very kind, caring and sweet. The cost was based on the weight of our baby and I found Natures Pet Loss to be the most affordable. Hydro Cremation or Aquamation was more appealing to us, than fire. We received Cremains, NOT ASHES! We received our dog's remains and only our dog's remains. I can't say enough about Natures Pet Loss, Joyce, Samantha and Haley. We have another dog, he is 15 months older than his little sister. We know that we will be a repeat customer of Natures Pet Loss.

We brought our daughter's little Chihuahua named Princess to Natures Pet Loss. She passed after 16 years. Our daughter is devastated, but Samantha was very compassionate and she took care of Princess and our daughter as if they were a part of her own family! We can not thank Samantha enough for helping us through this very difficult time. We have 4 more little children that when that hard time comes in our life we will take them to Natures Pet Loss. Thank you once again Samantha for providing such a wonderful service.

Update- I called Joyce for a second family member that I lost in less than a year. She helped with my first family member less than a year ago. Who else but Joyce would come to my house at 11:30pm and stay with me for almost 2 hours in the wee hours of the morning. She is amazing and I would highly highly highly recommend her. She is an angel!

On Saturday April 20, our dog Diamond passed suddenly in our home first thing in the morning. I did a YP search to find out what our options were. I called Natures Pet Loss and even tho it was early in the morning a friendly voice answered the phone. Miss Joyce not only explained the whole process, she spoke so kindly and helped calm me down. We brought diamond in at 10 am. The center is so beautifully set up. After diamond was brought in, they wrapped her in a beautiful and soft blanket and put her on a bed. They brought her into the viewing room where we had time with her while she was on a bed with candles and angels. It was beyond amazing, diamond had just turned 9 and we had her since she was a puppy so it felt like a proper send off for such a faithful family member. The items they have for your pet after they pass surpass anything I’ve ever seen. They have water and cookies for you and they truly care about your pet and you. I was called a few hours later to make sure we got home safely and was reminded to drink fluids. I cannot thank Natures Pet Loss for going above and beyond as well as making this an easier process for our family. They are angels.

My best friend "Sir Rowdy" passed away last month and brought disarray to my everyday life. He was my saving grace 12-yrs ago and was always by my side. He's been my only constant over the years and I'll cherish our time and memories forever. Nature Pet Loss truly cares about folks and their loved ones. Mrs. Joyce and Mr. Tyrone "Billy" provided amazing support throughout the most difficult weeks of my life. They went above and beyond in my eyes in every way. I was a complete stranger that walked in with tears flowing, they felt my pain and I felt their sincerity. I thank them with all my heart for being there for me, taking care of my boy, and placing Sir Rowdy in a memento that will continue to be with me and at home where he belongs. Thank you so very much Mrs. Joyce.

I was so fortunate to meet Joyce when I did. We were looking at having to put our 11 year old Babe, a beautiful Golden, down to cancer. I was having a very hard time dealing with just the idea of not having Babe in my life. After meeting Joyce and going to her facility things were a bit better. She assured me that our Babe would be treated like a family member. The vet, Dr. Miller came to the facility. Babe was resting in the memorial room. We were able to say good bye to our dear friend. We stayed with her the entire time and afterwards. Thank you Joyce for making such a heartbreaking time a little easier for Babe's family. V.Fisher

I lost my best friend just yesterday, I had found Natures pet loss actually on yellow pages, i was searching for somewhere that did the cremation, My thing was i wanted to make sure i was getting my pet back not another cat, So i called and talked to joyce, she eased my mind and made me feel better about what i was going to do. I went that day to the facility, I took my cat to the memorial room, where i had a chance to say good bye, The staff was so understanding and told me to take all the time i need, after i said my good byes, i went out and was talking with the staff, and they showed me around to the rooms where they take care of everything, I felt so much better after talking with them so i left and on my way home i thought i would call Joyce and tell her how thankful i was that i knew my baby was in good hands, and she asked me to call her when i got home to make sure i made it okay, i have never met anyone so understanding and concerned. I am glad i took my bestfriend/ baby there i feel relief there.. they are truly amazing people!

I thought I had all my arrangements made for my best friend until I came across Natures Pet Loss website. I called to find out more about the process and ended up talking to Joyce for over 45 min. Just speaking with her eased my mind and heart about what was to come. A couple days later I met her face to face and toured her facility. It had such an at home atmosphere and I knew at the end of it all I was getting my pet and my pet only back. The processing room was extremely clean and sterile. Joyce and staff were so kind and they went above and beyond for my family and my best friend. She even met the vet at my house on labor day night to pick up my baby. She was truly added to my support system. I could not have asked for anyone better. I'm so glad I found them!!!!

The day I had to put my beloved best friend, Cleopatra, down is the day I met Joyce. She met me at the vet clinic and took great care taking Cleo back to her office. I felt she was in good hands.

When I called Joyce, she explained the process in detail and had several options available as to what type of service I wanted Cleo to have.

I was heart broken to lose my best friend of 11 years (I rescued her when she was 2 years old). Joyce, Tyrone and their staff made me feel comfortable. they were very empathetic and compassionate.
