i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseIf you can find another service center, I would advise you to run not walk to that other service center! I called them for a road side service when my dump truck shut down. The service mechanic they sent didn t have a clue as to why it would not run. He had to keep calling back to the shop to get guidance. He ended up saying that it was the batteries so I purchased two new batteries, which ended up not being the problem. The bottom line was that the driver had failed to check the oil and antifreeze levels and seized the motor. Service mechanic and the so called guidance from the shop did not diagnose the correct issue. So, Boss Truck shop robbed me of the cost of new batteries I didn t need and cost me a complete engine replacement because of their service mechanics failure to simply diagnose lack of engine fluids for the shut down. Oh, and when one of the batteries they sold me failed in under three months, it took two days for me to get a refund. They had to take the battery to the parts center they purchased it from to ensure it was defective so they would not be out their money. Their indifference to customer service and satisfaction is appalling and cost me additional lose of revenue because of downtime.
