I went there 2 yrs ago, spent over 10,000.00 in 1 day and I bought a 3,000 wine cabinet with a little wine cooler. 3 months later it wasn't working so I called the middle aged blond who said she was the owner and she told me that frig wasn't included, they just let me have it, we ended up in a screaming match!!! Now 1 yr later, I found the sales paper and the cabinet with cooler was on there- the guarentee or return policy was supposed to be on the back of the pg. and it wasn't. About 6 months later I found all the papers on the cooler still in plastic with warranty info !! But, nothing had to be done after all- just turn it on its side. That woman was rude bad !! If u buy from there make sure u get and understand the warranty info. My husband is a very smart business man, he said we could go there and buy something, stop payment and then tell her if she wants us to pay for it then replace the cooler, pretty smart. I have a hard time believing they would treat anyone who spent that much money in their store and they would have a fit over a 200.00 wine cooler that had a warranty on it!!
