The Excell Academy for Higher Learning serves more than 300 students in pre-kindergarten through grade seven. The academy s facilities include a gymnasium, library, playground, cafeteria, and art, music and band studios. Its curriculum includes math, English, science, physical education and social studies. The Excell Academy for Higher Learning offers literature-based reading and language arts enrichment programs. The academy organizes various field trips, book fairs, spring concerts and parent-teacher conferences. It provides various before- and after-school care programs. The Excell Academy for Higher Learning additionally specializes in the Title I program and special education programs for students with physical and mental disabilities.
