I subscribe yearly and delivery is deplorable. They are not able to use the delivery box that was installed instead in every sort of weather we get it in the driveway or neighbors yard. I purchase this for my husband because he grew up in Cleveland and likes to keep up on what's going on in Cleveland. He keeps asking me to cancel this subscription since it isn't delivered many mornings before he goes to work and then gets it either wet or in muddy conditon. What's the use when he has to purchase it elsewhere? Why can't you do something about this? I have called many times before and the next day it will be in the box but from then on back in the drive or yard as stated.
