I walked into Zales. Sales associate Shauntaye greeted me with a big smile and was friendly and courteous. I had my eye on a nice 'SWIRL' ring for months and she was most helpful and informed me about the ring. Another sales associate Oneika was also friendly and warm. Finally I left a deposit on the ring. Both have outstanding personalities (just like me !). Actually, eveyone in the store is quite friendly and i would recommend that everyone go browse because the jewelry in this store is beautiful and the quality is excellent. See for yourself !
