Mike S arrived on time, was at all times respectful of us, our house and our time. The work was done in a craftsman type manner and I could not be happier with the results. Mike also took the time and initiative to explain what needed to be done and how he was going to do the work. All in all, a very positive experience.

Dale arrived on time, was kind, thoughtful, and efficient! It was Sunday afternoon and my water heater was broken and he gave a terrific deal on a new one, returned the next morning to install it. I was impressed with his knowledge, understanding of my situation, and flexibility. I will use Vigilante from now on!

Mike S arrived within 20 minutes of my call to Vigilante and made the repair quickly with no clean up needed. Vigilante is our coop plumber and Mike as usual made an excellent repair. He also answered questions and guided me on a couple of other plumbing matters. He's very professional and knowledgeable.

Mr. Michele P. the plumber who took care of my problem explained clearly and precise the three remedies and their costs that i could take. Once i choose the job did not take long to do. They also gave me advise on another problem and they explained clearly what needed to be done. Over all i am extremely happy with the work they perform. I have used them for many years.

I'm not happy that they charge $200 after 4:00 which they call an emergency visit. I called Roto-Rooter, and they came and not charge the $200. They fixed my leak and did not consider it an emergency visit.
