They have no business working with the public that is allowing them to get paid legally for doing a worthless job. They should not even be compared to animals, because animals are born with their natural behaviors. I call them legal criminals. 1 Star is too much. The Brownsville Post Office is by far THE WORST post office in Brooklyn. The service and the attitude of the so called WORKERS are really bad. The line to pick packages up is ALWAYS LONG.They don't deliver the packages the way they're supposed to. Stating nobody is home which I have been. When all they do is bring the package out in the truck and NOT bring it up. Then the slip is put in the mailbox days later.When you go in person to pick it up be prepared to spent over an hour in line and hear people complaint because the WORKERS take their time to help. At the Brownsville Post Office the workers don't know what TEAMWORK is at all. And never mind asking for a manager you will never see one. Brownsville post office needs a total evaluation

Unfortunately Brownsville Post Office is the worst post office ever. The lines stay long the staff is rude and and they are so unprofessional. They lost my son's mail and had him go on a wild goose chase and still to this day no luck. Brownsville post office needs to close down. Service is terrible! :-(
