I called on Friday and left a message and received a call in about a half hour. The woman on the phone knew what she was talking about. I gave her my information. She emailed the label information for me to verify which I did at 4:15 pm. She said my 500 labels would be shipped that day for $1.99 and may arrive the next day or Monday. Sure, did she forget it was coming snail-mail? Guess what was in my mail Saturday? I think they walked the package to my home. I even liked the product! What a pleasure to do business with Starlight Labels. They earn their name.
