I've known Al for over 20 years and purchased bikes from his shop and recommended people to go there. The shop is the best in Brooklyn. Al and his staff are very knowledgeable. have a good selection of bikes and equipment, and prices are good. I would not dream of going anywhere else. Mario from Brooklyn......

Excellent selection and knowledgeable service. I priced other stores in Queens and Brooklyn, Roy's was the cheapest for my Cannondale F9. Ilya treated me with me with respect and patience as I asked many questions. I had heard that the staff could be snobby and impatient with, "rookies". I experienced the exact opposite. After I purchased the F9, I had to come back to be fitted for the bike, Alan took me outside and would not let me leave until he was satisfied with how I fit on the bike. I was so impressed with them that I bought my wife and daughter's bike there. I also purchased accesories there and have never been dissapointed. They have a customer for life. They're service area is very good, as well. I've brought flats in, as soon as I walk into the service area, one of the mechanics is ready to help me. Prices are fair.
