This is the worst Hospital I have EVER been in! There are some staff that are warm caring and compassionate like Ms. Williams and Mrs. King in the emergency room and Dr. Jaio, but for the most part, these Nurses only show up for a paycheck....it's bad enough that they come in your room and don't speak but for a Patient Care Tech to come in at 7: 30 a.m. listening to " Jaheim" loud enough that I could hear and understand the words is BEYOND unprofessional!! Furthermore, as a diabetic, to be denied good because it's an inconvenience for someone to bring it up is also beyond words. I couldn't eat the good they sent for breakfast so I asked the Nurse to please send it back and have them send up some Special K and some fruit. I was refused by whoever worked in Dietary Svcs that morning if 6/26/2012. So in closing I will say that my experience wasn't worth it even if they were GIVING away free medical care........
