I am a resident of Breezy Point and in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy I was very lucky. The fire that devastated my community ended one door away from my home and the water stayed in my basement. James immediately negotiated for triple of what the insurance company offered to sanitize and clean my home. He always made himself available and he negotiated a fair and equitable settlement for the rest of the damage to my home. My family and I were devastated after we had a fire. We didn?t have any idea on how to proceed with the claim or what to do. A friend recommended this company and got started. James Guercio came to our home and was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge. He explained the entire proceed and took care of everything. There was no surprises or any issues.
