The contractor is very good at communicating (probably the best experience I have ever had with a contractor-will reply emails/text/calls right away) and is highly knowledgeable about the work. That's what my wife and I thought when we saw the final results of your work. As you are aware my previous contractor left me with such a horrible cement job with my patio and deck. Wire mesh was never used in certain places and the areas it was used it was lying on the ground which resulted in no reinforcement because the mesh was under the concrete. No footings for support were installed, no? Stone was used for a sub-base and due to the cement job being left exposed to the weather elements, and the final finish was damaged due to rain. Hiring a contractor for less money doesn't pay! As the saying goes, you get what you pay for! We were extremely happy with the professionalism of your customer service and work. From start to finish you kept me informed of your progress at each stage.
