I would not recommend anyone to repair, or to seek laptop repair at this venue. After spending over $600 my HP continues with the same problem. The owner and tech, Jack said he addressed the issue but I had to return the computer several times , he clearly never fixed the problem and would not refund the money. This is not China Jack, your business practices are unacceptable, illegal and unAmerican . Save yourself the fustration n run like hell from this sham outfit!
