Omg mma is one of the best mixed martial arts gyms in new york. Once you go to the gym you see the atmosphere it is unbelievable how everybody is nice the willing to show you whatever they know. I have been gone for 3 months and and lost 30 pounds. I especially like the painting on the wall and the buda at gym.
