I've been giving business to Nicks Auto Glass since Nicky Sr. was running the shop and I have never had a problem in over 20 years. I understand his children are now running the shop but I always have great service and costumer appreciation. They work fast and to the point and always give me great rates. In 20 years of going there for my car I have never had a bad aquistition with them and I always felt like I was getting a fair price. The repairs have always been sharp and on point. I have never had to bring a car back after being worked on. Not only is this place the best bang for your buck but its also a great environment. They are funny people and can always keep waiting costumers occupied with either laughter or great conversation. There are always going to be some people that dont have agreat experience with any business for that matter, but Nicks Auto Glass has always treated me right and they will always have my business. I suggest you give them a call if your car needs repairs.

Horrible repair shop.

Nicks is unprofessional and a waste of your time and money.Its workers have poor business manners.I paid $391 for repair 3 window regulators and spend all day waiting.Nicks told me not to open the windows for 48 hours.I opened the windows after 96 hours and 2 windows broke immediately.I promptly returned to Nicks since I have a one year warranty,and was told to wait for assistance.I waited for 5 hours before the worker finally told me they are busy today,and requested that come back later on.They should have just told me that in advance!I then visited a different repair shop and they confirmed that instead of fixing the window regulators,they merely glued with silicone.Basically,I was ripped off for something that costs nothing.I ended up baying new parts and fixing the window regulators myself.I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Nicks auto glass is the best service ive ever had.. my w/shield and back window was vandalized on my 2004 maxima.. nicks gave me a quote of 250 for both pieces my mouth dropped.. i arrived at nicks and seen they had coffee and donuts for there customers i was amazed.. the service was done within 1 hour and the job came out magnificant ... they are very kind and care about customer satifCTION ..i recommend anybody with auto glass problems to call nicks you will be amazed... and they have a gorgeous place.
