NHS Brooklyn is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that helps Brooklynites buy, repair, and keep their homes. Key services include homebuyer education, foreclosure intervention, home repair funding, insurance and resiliency counseling, tenant support, as well as referrals to other sources of assistance. Established in 1982 (formerly NHS of East Flatbush).
