      Well what can I say?? Apart from being lost for words. Terrible Customer Service !!! You do not hang up on a customer asking whether or not you are open.

      These guys were friendly and very knowledgeable about different cell phone plans, and helped me out above and beyond. Even called me to follow up the next day. That's great service in my opinion, even though i got a prepaid service from them. Good kind people. Will definitely be going back here and recommending them in the future. It's hard to find good service and i am new to brooklyn and very satisfied.
