This was a few years ago, but essentially I bought a vacuum cleaner from them that I later found out was a second. I brought it back to complain and that were very argumentative. Finally we settled with them giving back some money. I came across this place again, because I need to buy a part for another vacuum cleaner as the one I bought from them didn't last very long. I think there a bunch of thieves and I would never go in there again.
