Just rented an apartment through Daniel from Leonidas Realty. 5 stars is not enough of a rating! This guy is good! I was referred to Daniel from a client of mine at the clinic, who had also rented through Daniel. Daniel briefed me on my options, showed me what was fitting to my needs, and had me signing a lease 48 hours after we had met. Whoever said moving was a top stressor had never had the luck of meeting this gem of a realtor. All the best, D.S

I had such a wonderful experience with everyone at Leonidas Realty. Stacy showed me a few of her listings and all of them were lovely apartments. I chose a beautiful two-bedroom apt in Bensonhurst and put a deposit down. The next day I brought in all my paperwork and signed leases with my landlord. I wish I met Stacy and Leo sooner. I've been searching for an apt for a month and almost every agent stood me up,had misrepresented details about their apts,outrageous fees...etc. If you want a wonderful apartment and a stress free experience,then call Leonidas Realty.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They showed me a wonderful apartment, I put a deposit on it, then a few days later I came in to complete the paperwork, and was told the apartment that I put the deposit on was no longer available, and they gave me an elaborate (and obviously fabricated) back story about it. Do not trust this incredibly unprofessional agency!
