Legacy Boutique is a small boutique where they sell clothes, but they also do make up and applications of eye lashes. Vonnie J was the make up artist who apply my eye lashes, one by one, she did an amazing job, I totally love it. She is very patient and dedicated to her job. She makes you feel comfortable and is very knowledgable in her job. I am going back again.
