Some of the services my firm offers include representing people in high-asset divorces to seek equitable property division and spousal support, defending people against accusations of domestic violence, obtaining and defending protection orders, and helping parents accused of child neglect and abuse. My entire practice is focused on family law. I handle the legal matters of families on a regular basis. I worked at the Legal Aid Society of New York City prior to beginning my private practice. While at the Legal Aid Society, I worked at the Juvenile Rights Division, representing children in various issues. This experience has provided me with a significant amount of knowledge in juvenile matters as well as child abuse and neglect cases. I am familiar with New York State law, including recent changes to procedures. I strive to be very accommodating to my clients by offering extended hours by appointment.
