My gas dryer was not drying the clothes. They were still wet and cold after an hour of drying time. There was no heat even though it seemed to be running properly. Jimmy personally came to my home and diagnosed the problem immediately which was the glowbar and to my surprise he had the part in his van and corrected the problem within 15 minutes. If anyone knows anything about gas dryers, they would realize that this is not a common breakdown in a gas dyer. I couldn't be happier with the promptness, professionalism and technical knowledge of Jimmys Range and Appliances and highly recommend this business.

I'm hoping their service is good because their scheduling is not customer friendly. I was told they would be here between 9 AM and noon. When I called at 10:15 AM I was told, "Oh you're down for between noon and 3:00 PM?" Huh?
