JKA is a small, award-winning practice with a keen interest in residential apartment and townhouse renovations. We really shine when challenging projects demand creative design solutions. We have a high level of expertise in the renovation and reconfiguration of historic buildings and existing spaces, including considerable Landmarks work. JKA does not seek to promote a specific architectural style or design approach. Our objective is always to achieve thoughtful integration of the latest amenities with underlaying aesthetic goals.
