Dr. Jacobs takes patients on time, , explains what is going to be done in the case of a procedure, welcomes questions and appears to be very well trained in his speciality. I especially like that he trained at one of the premier hospitals in the world.

Very arrogant, abuses staff in front of patients. Talks to adult men as they were stupid children. Refuses to explain complex conditions. I WILL NOT return to this arrogant rushed money maker.
