Return process expensive, antiquated and SLOW!!!!

I somehow ordered a ceiling mount shower head instead of a wall mount, so I called the day after I placed the order but it was too late to change it. I was told I would get the refund faster if I accepted the package and used their label to return it instead of refusing delivery. It cost me $16 to use their label, I didn't get a fast refund at all, it took around 6 weeks to get the refund, and I had to pay a 15% restocking fee, even though I ordered the wall mount to replace the ceiling mount. So all told it cost me $40 to return a $140 purchase. I will NEVER buy from this company again!!!!!!

We purchased a toilet from DecorPlanet and a Shower Panel from another vendor.

After a year from the installation date, the thermostatic cartridge from the shower panel broke and we needed to replace this part. We completely forgot that we purchased a shower panel from another vendor and called Décor Planet.

Their site listed the same model of the Shower Panel. After checking on our order, they clarified that only toilet was purchased from them and typically they replace items purchased only from Décor planet.

However, they offered to order a replacement part for us at the wholesale price! They have excellent customer service, speedy turnaround time answering your emails and follow ups. We are super satisfied with their service.

I was hesitant to make a substantial purchase online. Mostly because, if something goes wrong, who is going to take care of you and your purchase? Daniel Goldberg of decorplant.com, that's who. The customer service that I have received from Daniel and his company is textbook east coast. Very prompt, professional and accommodating. It just reminds me that decorplanet.com isn't just a website, it's an actual store (located in NY) with actual people making their living by selling high quality products at excellent prices. The website is simply an avenue to expand their customer base. Between the excellent customer and excellent products and pricing, I will continue to buy from Daniel and decorplanet.com and recommend them to folks. It is 2013 after all.

I bought a toilet form this company that I have been very pleased with. When I needed a replacement part, I contacted the company. Customer service was extremely helpful and they responded to my request expeditiously.

Excellent service! I ordered a shower panel for my remodel several months in advance and while the outside packaging looked intact there was internal damage I had not noticed and so when I opened the package months later even though it was not covered by warranty anymore they still offered to replace the part free of charge. Very friendly and I only have good things to say about them so far. Would certainly do business with again.

I've ordered several items from Decorplanet from the Fresca Ottimo Bathroom collection: a double tower bar, a toilet paper holder, a towel ring and 2 bathroom hooks.
