      Carlos/CPH Services has done a couple of jobs at my apartment and the work has been outstanding. Carlos is very thorough, professional, courteous, reliable and reasonably priced. I'll use Carlos/CPH any time I ever have a plumbing issue and would recommend Carlos/CPH to anyone looking for quality service.
