Previous reviewer hit it on the head -- but it's not just with iPhones, it's with anything else. I don't normally take the time to write a purely negative review, but this store is staffed with incompetent people, top to bottom and I wish I would have known this before I tried to utilize their "services." I will contribute a review with more detail when (or IF) they ever finish the job.

DON'T TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE! I wanted to get a new battery. They told me it was going to be a one hour job, then one day, and after five days - when I went back to get it - the phone wasn't working AT ALL ANYMORE! The casing was bent and falling apart, no apps showed up, you could only dial an emergency number. When I complained to the manager, he was rude and insulted me. One star is too much for this place.
