I been going to to this gyn over 10 years. I love my gym, I love the pool area, I have one issues The pools chairs need to be clean they are dirty and have stains.

They ruined the pool by putting a bulkhead in it. My workout is terrible (can't get my heart rate up). Members use to be able to wade into the pool from two side stairways. You could stand in the shallow end and put on your fins and goggles on without toppling over or drowning. Now if you have a spinal or shoulder injury get ready to re-injure it. Now you have to go down vertical ladders on the side. Don't forget the inconvenience of waiting for someone like me having a difficult time getting in or out. Sooner or later the goal is to rent it out for meets. Forget your members or your swim team it will get rented to the highest bidder. Sadly, the "Club" is not really a club otherwise the management would have considered it "members". For those thinking about joining, remember this in the past they had swim teams taking up many of the lanes in the pool from 4 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Managment did not even tell people you'd find out after you paid your money

This is the most FANTASTIC, CLEANEST,BEAUTIFUL gym I have ever been to! The staff is fantastic! The trainers are great & very serious about their job which is to get their valued members in SHAPE! The cleaning crew is so great that if you drop a sweat they're there to wipe it up! The olympic sized pool is breathtaking, the sauna is like your on a tropical vacation and the locker rooms are also very comfortable & well manicured. The staff is very friendly & efficient. And like the other review stated there are no salesmen the gym really sells itself! There is plenty of equipment to go around & they is very rarely anything not working. The layout of the cardio machines is great right in front of many large televisions to really help you get through a grueling workout & not realize the time! I really love this gym so much that I had to go there even in the middle of a snow storm! It is really a great get away from a very difficult long day. JOINING THIS GYM WAS THE BEST MONEY SPENT!

This is the best Health Club in the five boro's. The outside is magnificiently landscaped. The inside is kept impeccably clean. I've never seen a club so well cared for by it's staff. I have trained from Los Angeles to NY and this one is at the top of the list. There is no sales pitch... the club sells itself. The trainers are the best and know how to get results. There are instructors for everything. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.
