4 HOURS FOR DELIVERY FOR FRIED SHRIMP CHICKEN AND FISH AND I LIVE 10 MINUTES AWAY I placed the order at about 5:30pm for a little over $50 worth of food for my two kids and i. a little pricey but their food is supposed to be good. My grub hub account said i would receive my order 7:00-7:10 but i got a confirmation email at 5:49pm that our order would arrive between 7:25 and 7:35 about two hours later but i was ok with that because i read other reviews that their delivery time was about that. at 7:56pm no food and hungry children. I called the restaurant at that time and brought it to their attn. i was calm and polite assuming something had happened but still willing to work with them. i was placed on hold for a little under 10 minutes until someone picked up the phone and HUNG IT UP. i called back and young lady answered the phone "bedstuy fish fry please hold" i tried to explain to the girl that i was holding and hung up on but she ignored me and still placed me on hold. i held for about 5 minutes and hung up to call back again I never got anyone. i called about 7 times only to receive the message that they were not accepting phone calls. it is now a little after 8:15pm. i called grub hub at about 8:20pm to cancel the order, after explaining what happened and her looking up my order, I was told by their rep that they were going to contact the restaurant to find out what happened after holding for a while, the rep got back to me at about 8:35pm to tell me the restaurant said my order was on the road and would be here in TWENTY MINUTES!!! DELIVERY GUY SHOWED UP AT 9:25 AS I WAS WRITING MY REVIEW HE WAS NICE. TOLD ME OT CALL BACKTO SPEAK OT THE MANAGER. I CALLED AT 9:38, SPOKE TO DANISHA AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER TONY WAS GONE FOR THE DAY EVEN THOUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS STILL OPEN FOR ANOTHER HALF HOUR. I WILL CALL BACK TOMORROW

Over Rated. The fish is ALWAYS flat small greasy with no meat on the inside. O I forgot hard and crunchy. The Macaroni like what type of cheese do they use? Not good at all. Collard greens are gritty. Shrimps are good also the rasta pasta isn't bad.Bed Stuy fish fry is overrated. They are also slow as hell. The crews that take your order and answer the phone they are the WORST.

I ordered take out brunch I waited 45 minutes for my food they have to do better

The food is good but the service is horrible, from the hostess to the waitresses, I got attitude from just entering this place, these girls in this place weren't rude but the lack of customer service was disgraceful, a place of buisness is suppose to cater to they're clients and not feel like a nuisance because the place is crowed, the food is GOOD, it's a bit of a wait but good, the staff not so good
