That shop uses all aftermarket parts and charge your insurance company for oem parts and the body work is very poor if you have a new car stay away

I've been to numerous body shops in the Brooklyn area, I have to admit, at Allstars you are treated like family, and your vehicles is treated like there own high end trucks. Five star rating from Mr. Johnson. Thanks for everything !

Hello everyone I wanna start by saying in the auto-body repair business I learned something if your vehicle gets into a wreck it is not the repair shop responsibility , to completely overhaul your vehicle, meaning the are not entitled to paint your entire car only what the insurance company pay for , or allow . I makes a whole lot of sense, I was a customer from allstars body&fender& fender, I expressed myself ( anger ) buy posting a review , which in fact was very untrue , harsh..... I will keep myself anonymous , thank you guys !!!!!! Wee wee I apologize , happy now ! Lol

Its a shame when I read these reviews & I have dealt with this body shop in the past .... They have done the right thing for me I am a captain for dept of corrections C95. Let's see, in addition to parts missing from my vehicle that had nothing to do with the damage to my vehicle, they removed the driver side window glass and replaced it with some substandard piece of glass. This place is just a chop shop---buyer BEWARE!

Allstars body shop is horrible. They are the worst bodyshop around my car had to get written off after they did work on my car. Don't be fooled by the way the office looks. Alberto & chris are lying to you if they say they can do the job ask them why they keep on jumping from shop to shop having to open them up in other peoples name now. They were on help me Howrard twice I took them to court and they didn't pay yet come to find out they never paid none of their lawsuits yet. Keep running you'll will have you'll day

I advise everyone to beware of this place please donot keep your car here they will listen over their radio to scan for police call then try to get your car off an accident scene. You have the right to not keep your car there. Don't make the same mistake I did. They messed up my car really bad. A couple of people came up to me while I was at the shop & complaint also one guy had an audi & said it took them 2 month to get a rear light when he got it back he said the work was horrible so he kept coming back and never could get in touch with the owner. Every time I came up to the shop I couldn't get in touch with the owner also. He also said they put junkyard parts in his car. The day I went to pick up my car a guy in a lexus came and got his car his car was falling apart his axle was loose and his brake pad too. I told a lady not to let her car stay there but she did she said I should have listened to you. There are so much things that are wrong with my car I had to get it towed away and when I brought it to the dealer they said their are so many malfunctions such as check engine lights, airbag would work if my car was hit and a list of other thing also and they also put junk yard parts in my car. Run away when they come 4 your car

Donot send your car to this place they put all junkyard parts in my car. Mind u my insurane paid 4 all new part when u see this company run they took 4 months to fix my car. They also put in small print to have your insurance to pay them before the work is finished & then u are screwed. We saw 5 different people complain about this place please donot let allstars keep your car they are the worst.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on linden blvd in Brooklyn (eastnewyork) a gentleman came to my accident scene from allstars body&fender on wortman ave they took my vehicle to their establishment which by the way it's one of the well lookin bodyshops in Brooklyn they were so nice , they were able to put me in a rental car right from their shop. In two& a half weeks I had my car back. Thanx allstars for really making a horrible situation a great one thanks guy :)
