Diana especially, especially made the entire process a stress free experience. My girl went above and beyond. Diana listened to my concerns, & worked it out for me.Diana treated me & my son like family.!!! All city van lines are the best. And I would be wrong if I didn't shout out the crew. I had a really good experience with this company a friend recommended them and I cant say enough about how helpful they were. Jenifer explained everything in detail leading up to the move date and, on moving day once Ruben arrived with the crew I knew i definitely made the right choice. He Kelly and LA did an amazing job taking apart the furniture and wrapping all the furniture for protection. Ruben treated my things as if they were his own and was such a delight the whole crew ran so smooth everyone with a place to be and a take to complete i was loaded up in no time and I was on my way to airport to catch my flight and in just a few short days They were arriving to met me ion GA. This company was so attentive to my needs and i felt like a VIP client and close friend all at the same time I recommended them to people all the time and am thanked each and every time.... give them a call.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. This company was great Diana keeps it real she explained everything to a T. I am not familiar with moving as this was my first time as she made it so easy they were right in my neighborhood I decided to stop by and let me just say all the girls were polite and helpful. Diana helped me out by giving me some boxes to help me get things started she always had great tips for packing and as I was nervous about such a big move she offered me positive words of encouragement. I feel like i really am part of the family she even called me after Delivery to see how school was going and how I was getting along in GA. I simply cannot say enough about how great the move went with them she is a real straight shooter always keeping it 100 and I can really respect and appreciate that !!

They were very professional and knowledgeable. The men not waste time getting things done. Would definitely recommend them. I was given an hourly rate an had some concerns but they did not drag things out and were very good about keeping things moving along in a quick efficient manner. Moving in New York city parking and loading can be an issue but the staff was very experienced at handling these types of issues. If I ever need to move again I will definitely be calling this moving company. They are worth every cent I paid them and then some.

Let me start by saying that I hate moving. This company made me feel at ease from the word go. They explained to me what the move would entail in detail. They made it so simple. I had my things together and they came and loaded my things up and put them in my new home. The guys were polite and very helpful. If I ever have to move again (I hope I don't have to move for another 10 years ), I will certainly use this company. I have no complaint. They came on time and I am happy.

Everything went perfectly! The guys arrived on timeand redy to work. They were extremely professional and moved quickly and efficiently. I appreciated their cautiousness with my furniture as I have a lot of antiques and glass, they made sure to be as careful as possible. As far as pricing I was was pleased with what I was quoted, it was reasonable and affordable. Was definitely worth the amount for the job. I will definitely use All City Van-Lines for my future moves and recommend them highly!

I can't say enough about All City Van Lines and the services my family and I received. The office staff (Liz and Jenifer) made sure to explain all the charges and gave us pointers on how to prepare. We listened and took all the advice to heart.



Few things to expect from them is:

1. They arrived on-time

2. The head mover explained everything upon arriving.

3. They wrapped all of our furniture with blankets for protection.

4. All movers were kind and respectful to my family.

5. They marked all of our items indicating what rooms everything came out, which made things easy when they delivered.

6. The movers that delivered set everything up in our new place and made sure everything was in order before they left our home.

7. Most importantly, we received an estimate from them and the price was NOT A CENT MORE.



Our movers were Pete or Peter, Mike, Wesley and a gentleman they called D.

They did a great job! We were moving from NJ to Ga in a very short time frame and they help me make it happen. We had a trailer we were loading and driving down ourselves and then having them take what we could not fit, but when we went to leave the tailor was to heavy for the truck to pull. We unloaded half of what was in it and called them to come back for it. Diana was VERY helpful, she got us on the schedule for a second pick up, added it to the first shipment and they delivered it all 2 days later. They were even very fair with the price for the additional pick up. Andre made sure everything was very well wrapped and handled very professionally! I will not hesitate to call them if we ever need to do this again.

Moving is no joke. After seeing these guys work, I do not plan to quit my day job to become a mover. They guys wrapped my stuff, packed my stuff and loaded a full truck with ease. My move was not easy, not at all. I have big complex pieces and was not packed and ready to go, but the movers from All City Van Lines did an amazing job. They worked hard and as a team to get my move done. People complain about the prices movers in general charge but the work that these movers did is hard work. I am glad I hired them and did not listen to my friends to rent a truck and do it myself. I would have never got it done on my own. All City Van Lines is amazing!

When my wife and I moved last week it was awesome! The main person Jenifer and everyone else was awesome!



I moved from a 4th floor walk to a 5th floor walkup! I knew it was going to be a long hard day for they guys but they never complained. I was only quoted $175 an hour.



Not only did they not complain they added a guy free charge just to help out (5 guys in the end). If I ever move again I will definitely use them again!



Was the best move I've had in NYC by far.

Thank you to All city van lines , I just want to say thank you to Jennifer, Steve, Diane and peter. This company rescued me when I was disappointed by sega transportation . Sega transportation couldn't deliver my things on the schedule date, I was told by that useless sega transportation that my things won't be delivered on March 22nd that it will be delivered the following week, bear it in mind that both the supervisor and employees were so rude to me, told me to get another company , that is when Adams from COC moving company gave me Diane number. I called spoke with Jennifer who promise me that everything will be ok , the following day All city van lines went to sega transportation warehouse to pick up my things and everything was delivered on the 24th of March. It only took all city van lines 24 hours to do the delivery from new York to florida. They are reliable and very compassionate. I love you all.

They did a Great job Darren Carlos and charles were so organized you could tell they cared about what they did and how they did it. I was amazed when just a few hours after they arrived I was already getting set up in my new place. thanks again love these guys and will be using them again for sure.

I cannot say enough about how refreshing it was to deal with Everyone at All City. I have lived in NYC all of my life have moved several times and they have been quite interesting, time and time again they were so nice until they day often move then it was like everything changed they were rude unprofessional inaccurate on pricing and some downright threatening but not ALL CITY. I had first met Andre after speaking with Jen when he came to my nyc apt to quote me for a move going to Holtsville I had enough of the city and was ready for the suburbs. They did an amazing job on the move it went smooth no damages price was right on and that is why I Trusted them to move me cross country. I was pleasantly surprised when Diana had showed up on the day just to see how everything was going and wish me well in AZ. I received everything in AZ on time Diana kept me updated as my things traveled cross-country and now time to enjoy my retirement if you are looking for good mover give then a call.

This was a move to Los Angeles which started out great. The Pickup in Bayside NY went very well. we stored our belongings for 5 months also no problems. Then it all went bad. These people are great for short local deliveries. Do not use them for long hauls. The company doing the cross country delivery were an absolute nightmare.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ALL CITY. PETE AND DARREN ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A REAL GOOD JOB OF GETTING ME PACKED LOADED AND ON MY WAY I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER MOVERS. JEN AND DIANA WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE. MY DELIVERY WITH NICK AND ANDRE IN MIAMI WAS SMOOTH SAILING! THEY WERE TRULY A GREAT FAMILY RUN COMPANY AND I APPRECIATE THAT THEY MADE FEEL LIKE AN EXTENSION OF THEIR FAMILY

Andre Carlos and Darren were Great! Guys were real Pro's and Just good people at heart (hard to find these days). They arrived a little behind schedule (about 20 min late) but in NYC with this traffic it can be expected so I tried not to let that cloud my judgement, and once I saw them get to work I no longer had any concerns. They warped and packed everything up and within 3hr we were on our way.

They arrived in Binghamton NY in just under 4hrs which was great time it can often take me longer. Carlos and the guys promptly started offloading and getting a general idea of where i wanted everything even did the majority of my set up which was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend All City Van-lines they were GREAT!
