I had just landed and couldn't find my car keys! I seriously think they're floating somewhere out in vegas, but none the less, I looked up local locksmiths from my iPhone and found these guys. And I'm glad I called them. The technician was at my car in the airport parking lot in like an hour.. He was able to make me a new key and I was on my way shortly after. I normally can't stand the thought of me losing something like keys, but It was a fitting end to a great vacation. ...What happened in Vegas stayed in Vegas!!!

I had just moved into a new place and decided that I wanted to replace the locks on the doors. I saw that these guys were in the area, so I decided to give them a call and am very glad that I did. At first, i thought that the cost of replacing a lock was a little high, but then the technician said that I could have them rekey'd and that ended up saving me 50 bucks! Anyway, these guys are fast and friendly and highly recommended!

He was kind, courteous and efficient in his work. The pricing was fair and the deliverable exceeded my expectations. I called and they sent someone over after about 15-20 minutes. The guy was as nice as can be, fixed the lock within five minutes, explained what was wrong, and even wrote down exactly what he did on my receipt so I wouldn't have to worry about my miserable management company questioning the charge. Don't even think about using another locksmith - They are the best.

After a brief conversation on the phone, he met me at my place 20 minutes later and it took him about 8 seconds to open my door. Unable to find my keys in my apartment, he replaced the lock and gave me a new set of keys. Everything cost less then what i expected. this is one number i intend to keep on my speed dial - just in case this happens again. Thanks so much for a great service.

This guy is super great! Totally casual dude, really up front and honest. Honorable and honest just like you want a locksmith to be. I overheard him take a prospective client call while he was fixing my lock, but he declined the job when the person who had locked themselves out didn't have proof that she lived at the address in question. Also happens to know exactly what he is talking about, expert in the field.

The key to finding a good locksmith is word of mouth! And I am here to tell you that Best Buy Locksmith are the best locksmith service I have used. Not only did they help me with re key solutions but the technician was on time and there to do the key job in 30 minutes he also gave me a great price. I would defiantly recommend Best Buy Locksmith for any lock & key service you need.

Lovely service - came over in a snap. after he opened my door I had him take a look at the back door to our house and he had some really good suggestions as far as how to keep it secured (it's an old door) what I really appreciated was the fact that he did not try to sell me anything and took his time to review my lock and explain everything to me ! High 5 from me!
