Even though A To Z had the replacement part in stock, the owner kindly explained to me over the phone that I likely did not need to replace the freezer door gasket unless it was torn, and then even took further time to clearly explain, step-by-step, as to how to fix the problem of a gasket that did not seal properly. I cannot recall having had a similar experience with another supplier company. Thank you, A to Z, for your help and time.

I have an old 25 yr Maytag gas fired dryer it needed a new drive belt for the blower and drum these had the part in stock that was two years ago. now today the gas burner would light but not stay lit, I called them and they talked me thru the repair over the phone. too bad that they are not closer to my home John Bronxville NY . (28 miles)

I highly recommend A to Z. Vinny was very helpful and really knows his stuff when it comes to appliances. He tested my old Evap motor for my fridge to make sure it was bad and gave me some valuable tips for installing the new motor. He saved me a lot of money!! Thank you.

my refridge ics maker was making hollow, yes, hollow ice cubes. I thought it was time to replace. Spoke to vinny who said sounds more like a water supply problem don't order one just yet. Well I had replaced the filter just a short time before. Went and double checked my install. Believe me when I say that after changing the filter etc dozens of times over the years I did not open the water valve all the way back to the on position. He is the man. Saved me about 125.00 bucks. That is what you call old time taking care of the customer with rare service and concern. Always recommended..

I found them via google searching for a local appliance parts place. Not only did they have the part I wanted, Vinny their resident expert on appliance problems help asked what the symptoms were and assured me I was purchasing the correct part. When I came in he gave me some tips and showed me how to install the part. People like Vinny are a rarity, he genuinely wants to help you and he does so with a smile. God bless him and people like him. I'll be going back for other parts if/when my other appliances fail me.

I found them in the yellow pages. They were very helpful each time I needed them and I had several emergencies which I thank Vinny for helping me with when I needed an expert the most. I have recommended them to everyone that I know and I will continue to do so. Thank you and keep up the good work.

They not only knew the right part I needed but how to fix it fast... The old GE washer needed a new motor but they really did give me the confidence and know-how to "do-it-myself". Now the old washer is like new.
