The company began as a family-owned grocery store offering packing of grated cheese. The expanded sales of the company led to improved packing facilities and entry into the packing and seasoning of breadcrumbs and spare rib sauce. 4C Foods has introduced its line of 4C brand light low-calorie iced tea mixes sweetened with Splenda in various flavors, including lemon, raspberry, decaffeinated and green tea.
