Although we do most of our work in Greater Boston Area, we have done work all over New England and will travel up to 300 miles from Boston. We provide free written guarenteed quotes onsite and can usually provide I time guarentee of 1 day or less accuracy.

Jake took on my extremely challenging full house demo job in Brookline. Received quotes for over double what Boston Demo charged. There was no access for a dumpster, so everything had to be removed by filing up trash bags. Very high quality services for reasonable price.
I had a old wooden very large dog house structure with a top deck and balcony--it was falling apart and for safety reasons needed to go. Jake came by the same day I called him and the next day he came and demolished it. It was GONE when I got home. He knew I had dogs and did a great job cleaning up the site. I only found 2 screws and 1 nail when I re-landscaped the site. Amazing considering the crazy structure he took apart.

I have hired over fifteen demolition companies over my 25 year career as a builder and and over that time not one of them even came close to rivaling Boston Demolition. The first day of the job, the owner went over his 6 days schedule showing me where the progress would be at the end of each day and he nailed it down to the last piece of flooring. The job was finished 3 days faster than I had estimated, I did not find one nail sticking out of any wall floor or ceiling, and the entire house was vacuumed clean when they were finished. It was literally clean to the point where if you slammed the front door when closing it you would raise no dust. After stripping both the roof and all of the siding, I did not find one nail or piece of tar paper on the ground, not to mention that ever plant surrounding was alive and well at the end of the job (they actually built roofs over the fragile vegetation). Above all of this, they were only a few dollars more than the lowest bid I took for the job. I would highly suggest hiring nobody but Boston Demolition. I will never hire another demolition company again.
They did amazing work on a challenging job. Completed the work two days ahead of schedule and were hundreds of dollars less than the other quotes I received. Would highly recommend!
