      I'm really happy to say that my wife and I have gone to Pancho's just about every week now for months, and we prefer their Mexican cuisine to ANY other cuisine, of any country, in the Brookings area.The service has ALWAYS been superb, the staff really friendly, and the food really plentiful, hot and attractive. And we always, always get chips and hot salsa within mere moments of sitting down, then followed by glasses of water -- and then the waiter. Lickety-split! The food is SCRUMPTIOUS! Especially the Prawn Lover's Burrito!! It melts in my mouth every single time-- the prawns sweet and just cooked to perfection!Best meal in town! (South Oregon coast, by definition...)Best service in town. And SQUEAKY CLEAN!!Tom Swegles
