I met in person 2 days before my order was due with the store manager, A. J., to make sure that they could handle my request in a timely manner. My order was late. It was a very embarrassing situation for me. I specifically requested no tomatoes on the veggie pizzas (they put tomatoes) and I did not receive the napkins, red pepper and parmesan cheese that I requested. Not a good first impression.
