Classic Collision has been family owned and operated since 1983. We have the technology and resources of a major collision repair center with the attentive customer service practices of a neighborhood bodyshop. For nearly 30 years, weve put customer satisfaction first in all we do. Well get you back on the road safely, quickly, and with minimal hassle. Our founder, Manfred Kammerer, started Classic Collision with a simple goal. He wanted to serve his customers with honesty and integrity, while using the best talent and highest quality materials. We are very happy with the appearance of the repairs and the condition of the car. In fact, our 2009 Acura TSX looks almost brand new again. The finishing touches of buffing and cleaning the vehicle add to the excellence of your repair services. Although we hope not to need damage repairs again soon, we will highly recommend your company to others.

I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call.
I have a small business with a couple trucks and last week one of my drivers backed into our building and Classic Collision repaired it to look like new.
It was great to come "home" when I returned to Classic Collision I had an initial experience with the entire staff after an accident with unforeseen road debris which had severely damaged my car. They were excellent in handling that entire process .This time I returned and was warmly greeted this morning by everyone. They looked at the front bumper which needed to be reconnected to my car on the left side. They said to give him a few minutes and they could fix that while I waited. They were courteous and kind, took my car into their shop and after about fifteen minutes, they returned with the front bumper reconnected securely. It was service that again I do not assume can happen, but it did. My experience was nothing short of awesome, and this seems to be the norm at Classic Collision I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I would like to say the service with Classic Collision was EXCELLENT. This outstanding service began the first day I spoke to them. Their attitude was polite and his concern was to make sure I understood how the process work before working on my car. They explained everything to me when I bought the car in for an estimate and everything will be taken care of. They had contacted Enterprise (which is the rental company I chose) and the driver and car was there to pick me up when I dropped my car off for repairs.
Thank you for following up. I was very pleased with my experience at Classic Collision! I will be sure to recommend you all to my friends and family!
The man that helped us was extremely polite, professional and an amazing representative for Classic Collision. He communicated well with me and the insurance company, exceeding expectations throughout the entire process. He was friendly and efficient during drop-off and pick-up. Customer service couldn't have been better and I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. I hope to not require collision repair anytime in the future but if I do, there is no doubt that I will bring my car to Classic. Keep up the good work!!!
I'd like to say that your Administrative Assistant operating the phone was very cordial and that she even jumped in to assist in contacting the right folks at the insurance agency so that they could "sign-off" on the bill and I could get back behind the wheel of my repaired truck. All of your workers were polite, friendly, and seemed to enjoy the work environment and dealing with one another.
As a single- mother of two young girls, currently out of work and dealing with the frustrations of a car accident, the exceptional quality of both there customer care was more than a relief.

I must say that I was supremely impressed by the quality of service I received at the Buford Highway location. Some loser stole my catalytic converter, and I expected the process to take up to a week to be resolved. From the Geico insurance adjuster on-site to the amazing service received all the way to paying my bill when I picked my car up, I can't say enough about the quality of service. My car was towed in at the very end of the day on a Thursday, and it was ready to go by Friday afternoon! I picked my car up at a very busy time of day, and I never felt like I was being ignored or rushed through the bill pay process. I was even more impressed when I walked outside to find that my car had been washed and vacuumed. Bonus! Thanks, again, for making an incredibly inconvenient situation pleasant!

My wife was involved in a collision in 2008. Significant front-end damage. Classic Collision took care of everything, and made it as good as new! When we brought it back to them this week, 18 months later, to ask for their help diagnosing a problem with the sunroof, they treated us like we were their best customers or family members, and got the problem resolved right away.
Very friendly service. I was recommended here by my BMW dealership for a few minor scratches on my car that I was going to be selling. I figured, getting a few scratches taken care of would greatly add to the value of the car.
Turns out they do pretty good work here and keep you updated on the progress.
