BEWARE!!! I have had a number of HORRIBLE experiences at Nail Arts and my last experience was my final. First, I wanted a new set of pick and whites and a woman had my fingers sit in warm acetone for an exhorbitant length of time to the point that it became painful. The nails they do are thick and fake looking. And my last experience involved a male tech using a calous remover during a pedi and during his inattentiveness, he rubbed a peice of flesh off the back of my foot. In pain, I told him to stop!! The manager charged me $5.00 extra dollars for this horrific service and when I told him what happened, the tech told him that I came in with the injury (all in Vietnamese so I don't know to what extent his lies went!!) That was over a month ago, and my foot is still healing!!! They will NEVER get another dollar of my money...I am beyond appalled that an employee would call me a liar!!! If I could rate them a zero- I would!!!
