Stars? What stars. This store does not deserve a single one! Rude, belittling, inconsiderate, thoughtless staff. The owner is very argumentative and talks down to you knowing they are in the wrong. If fact, she trains their staff that every customer is a potential shoplifter especially anyone who comes in with a stroller, walker or service animal.

Don't bother taking a stitching class. The staff will make you feel just horrible about your self and abilities. She boasts that all designs are original but in fact, they can all be found on the web. She rewrites the instructions (which is poorly done) and calls it her own. One artist called them on the carpet and made the owner list her name as the original designer of the Tilia Wave bracelet. What a nasty woman.

One client drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. Came in 13 minutes late and got scolded for being late. She was ridiculed so bad I was embarrassed for her. If you make a mistake more than twice, she publicly puts on a virtual dunce cap on you.

I don't believe there is a better bead store - anywhere! You could spend an entire day there in bead heaven. Great staff, wonderful classes, and an unending choice of products.! Love them!

I purchased over $500 worth of merchandise from this company at a trade show in June 2007. Most of the items were bead 'kits'. When I got home, I discovered that the kits did not contain the supplies necessary to make the item pictured and described on the package.I returned the items to Eclectica at my own expense. They refused to return my money, exchange the merchandise, or in any way correct the problem. Instead, they just kept the items, ripping me off. The woman who claims to be the owner is VERY nasty.I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this company.
