Be Careful.

Brought in my deceased mothers very upscale clothing and shoes. They were very thankful for the wonderful selection and it was a pleasant experience at that time.

Given 90 day contract that states "we do reserve the right to make exceptions to the 90 day contract", and also that you can "pick up your items" at the end of the consignment period as long as you call. I was told they must collect them for you as you are not allowed to pull them yourself.

I called for pick-up for 60 days instead of 90 days, and was told absolutely no problem at all. I had mentioned this was a possibility at the drop off as it was hard for me to let go of my deceased mothers clothing. They completely understood that concern.

My final check had a $10.00 deduction. I called to find out why. I was told it took time to find my items and that the staff must be paid (note not in contract or ever implied), I was told I was out of line, other fretful comments, and that I was a difficult customer! Ouch!
