I have gone to this dentist on and off for five years but I will never go there again. In the past I only used them for cavities and cleanings but I had a root canal done this year and prepaid half the cost for the crown at the same time. When I returned to have the crown placed I questioned the person at the front desk about the difference in the price they were charging and the price my insurance company said I should pay. The office manager became irate and that I didn't ask before my visit though I only became aware of it that day. She did agree to look into the issue and when I called in to see what the actual cost would be I was told that I needed to pay an additional 336. Not trusting the office at this point I contacted my insurance company to see if that was correct and found out that the office had lied and I should only have to pay $63. They refused to give me an itemized receipt or accept the $63 so I went elsewhere. Its taken months to be refunded the balance due and through the entire process the office refused to work with me or give accurate information. I had no problem with the quality of the work but they lie about the cost and take advantage of people
