Was in an accident on Friday morning and was taken to the hospital so my car was towed by these rip off artists, I called Friday after 3pm to find out more about hte location and cost and Ted the guy who runs the towing area told me the total was $168.00 and I need to pick it up before 5pm I could not get there before 5pm so he said I can't pick it up on the weekend stop by Monday. And Today Monday I went to pick my car up but he could not find my ticket after looking over the same pile multiple times so he decided he'll make a new ticket, the total was now $353.00 when I reminded him of what he said, he stated I have to add the $35 per day storage charge which is 2 days $70, so he decided he'll make another one, Tow $125 1st 3 days $75 1 Day @ $27 plus tax plus an extra 3% because I'm paying by CC. $254.56. He added 4 days in total just to raise the price up, I just paid it and took my car, this guy Ted is giving this business a bad rep. And everyone should know what to expect when they get there.

Joey!!! An angel of good will, that calm voice on the phone as we were in a precarious situation! What a heroic thing to do, just by talking on the phone encouraging us to stay calm was a godsend! Little things mean a lot! And his partner arrived on the scene Pete, the tow truck driver and he was a knight in shining armour! We were stuck as our car was disabled on the FOR! It was terrifying until Pete arrived! There are kind loving and giving people in NYC! LOVE YOU BOTH JOE AND PETE! Dios te bendiga siempre!

They will tow your car and then steal everything from inside. I had all types of items in my car and they stole it all. The only thing that was left behind was the GPS and the Ezpass due to the fact that those can be tracked. No worries the police were notified and it's not the first report they received from them so hopefully i'll get my things back. Don't use them!

Terrible service. The driver attached the chain to the arm of the right wheel of my car and broke it causing my car to shake uncontrollably. I called them and they said it was impossible they could have broken it. When I took it to the mechanics they said it was the tow and it cost me $175 to repair. Do not trust this company!
