For almost three decades, St. Ann’s Corner of Harm Reduction (SACHR) has been meeting drug users where they are: on the streets and actively engaged in high-risk lifestyles or within the center, where they seek an individualized and comprehensive cluster of healing services.Our efforts combine HIV testing, HEP-C testing, needle exchange, counseling, and other harm reduction and healthcare services within a true continuum of care. These services offer a unique combination of programs and solutions to improve health, well-being, and re-integration into the community. We also work extensively to prevent overdoses through Naloxone (Narcan) training and other outreach methods.
