We are a full service real estate appraisal firm serving the Tri-State area since 1987. Our MAI and ASA designated appraisers will assure your appraisal is professionally prepared and presented. Property Appraisal Services, Inc., is a professional firm whose primary objective is to address questions of valuation in the various sectors of the real estate market. The members have a broad range of experience in residential and commercial appraisal, property accounting, investment and development analysis, and real estate financial planning. Each member of our staff is well versed in a variety of real estate related disciplines. The background and experience of our firm encompasses nearly 100 years in the market with appraisal credentials held by the currently certified senior personnel from the Appraisal Institute (MAI) as well as the Appraisal Certification and Licensing Commission of five States.
