      building is "A Diamond In The Rough" It sits over water with views that you just cannot by or rent in NYC. The rents range 1000 to 1500 and everything is included. Building is undergoing updating. Garages,Tennis Court, Basketball and One of the best terrace views ANYWHERE!! Buses,Trains, and Metro North right down stairs. Shopping Malls and even more coming in 2014 Kingsbridge/Riverdale.
