NYC Mini Storage is exceptional. It's rare to find a local business so well run. Every employee is professional and exceedingly polite. I'm sort of shocked and never know what to do when I check in to collect my things. Literally, everyone is articulate and polite. I have never had this kind of customer service and can't believe it's at a storage facility, where people are typically rude or poorly trained. Very good storage company they care a lot all my furniture I was afraid that it was going to be a mess when I went to pick up my furniture but it was great, and their pickup guys the moving company that they contracted (Ben Hur I think) were very fast and polite, thanks guys.

I need it because these guys have it at an affordable price, i pay for self storage in a few boros, lets just say i have been buying items at auctions and need some place to store, clean them while i get ready to sell them
